Chief Executive Officer
International Andrology and Cryobank (formerly Billings Fertility Research, Inc.) was formed in 2004 by Dr. Michael Billings and a small group of private investors. Prior to founding IAC, Michael had already distinguished himself as one of the foremost minds in superpower-related reproductive health. His seminal paper, “An inquiry into the prevalence of infertility in super powered males” provided the blue print for the formation of IAC. Michael earned his medical degree from Yale University and won a Fulbright Scholarship for study at the National Institute of Health and Medical Research in Paris. He is committed to superpower-related reproductive rights, and his vision is to make IAC the premiere full-service, powers-related reproductive health facility in the world.
Victoria Chan-Robinson, M.D.
New Patient Coordinator; Director, Super Seed Program
Dr. Chan-Robinson is a board certified High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Reproductive Biology from Imperial College, University of London. Victoria has more than 15 years of experience in embryology, andrology, and state-of- the art IVF lab techniques. She was recently honored by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine as program director of the year. Victoria is happily married to Charles Lee Robinson, the superhero formerly known as Onyx.
Miranda Otto, Ph.D.
Director, Surrogacy Program
As the director of the surrogacy program, Miranda Otto assists both traditional and gestational carriers and intended parents through the challenging and emotional surrogacy process. Doctor Otto oversees all aspects of the surrogacy program, including surrogate screening, surrogate-parent matching, in-utero relationship building, child birth and delivery. Miranda personally understands the emotional issues associated with surrogacy, as her only child, Luna, was born through super powered egg donation and a gestational surrogate arrangement.
