Successful SUPER SEED donor candidates should have the following attributes:
-Between the ages of 18 and 39
-Minimum Zeta Level Powers as measured by the Kirby-Lee Abilities Test
-Excellent health
-Ability to travel to IAC offices outside of Denver, Colorado, USA
-High level of responsibility to meet the six-month commitment of the program

Steps to Becoming a Donor
1.)Fill out the online short form application. Forms are submitted online and then reviewed by IAC lab personnel. If you qualify to continue, you will be notified by email.
2.)Fill out comprehensive family medical profile. You will be contacted about your application and be asked to fill out a form detailing the history of powers in your family, along with other health factors. This application will cover the past three generations of your family’s history.
3.)Specimen Screening. We’ll ask you to schedule an interview and semen evaluation. Specimens will undergo a twenty-two point screening and quality evaluation. FDA regulations require that cryobanks rigorously test sperm donors to optimize the safety of donated sperm. Genetic and infectious disease screening of donors includes testing of blood, semen and urine, and a general physical examination. If the final results are satisfactory, the applicant is approved as an active sperm donor.
4.)Acceptance to the program- Once approved, donors are compensated for each acceptable specimen produced. The minimum requirement is one donation per week over the course of a six-month period. SUPER SEED donors are earning an average of $1200- $2500 per specimen.
Become a Donor Recruiter- If you do not have powers yourself, but know the secret identity of someone who does, you can also receive excellent compensation by becoming a donor recruiter. Compensation for SUPER SEED recruiters ranges from $5,000- $10,000 for EACH donor approved, and is related to the power level of the donor recruited.
